Students and visitors will have to scan the SafeEntry QR code before entering the facility and their temperatures will be taken. Those of high temperatures will be asked to leave the premises. One metre distancing will be enforced in our academy with equipment being wiped down after every training session. Students will be asked to wear their masks during training unless paddling.

To adhere to the current precautionary measures, we do not encourage parents to sit in lessons. However, we will provide video clips of your child’s progress for your reference and for them to learn from their experiences.
We maintain an optimal class size with the coach to player ratio of 1 coach to 4 paddlers. This ensures that adequate attention is given to every player, and the training session will be efficient and enjoyable for all.

Yes, you can reschedule your lessons but do note that they are subject to availability. However, you can only reschedule if you informed us of your absenteeism at least 24-hours prior.

You may enrol in our group training, and the payment will be prorated accordingly. Even with the lessons missed, our professional coaches can quickly adapt to your learning style and integrate you into the class.
Reserve the table tennis tables via our mobile application and take a screenshot of the confirmation sent to you. The booking is valid upon receiving our confirmation.
Only 2 participants are allowed for 1 booking due to the precautionary measures taken. The booking session is $10 per hour.
Yes, you can amend your booking provided if it is made 24-hours before your allocated time slot. Do note that the replacement session is subject to availability.
We will give you a grace period of 15 minutes into your time slot before your booking is considered a no-show.
You have to cancel your booking 24 hours before your time slot otherwise, it will be considered a late cancellation.
You will not be able to refund the payment made for the session booked.
